How to get my Vodafone early termination Fee back

I recently moved from Vodafone to Sky broadband and was told that Sky would reimberse the early cancellation fee. Does anyone know how to actually get that reimbursement? Thanks Chriis

You must provide a copy of the bill from Vodafone where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
