Recently signed up to a 2 year broadband package with Sky that comes with a £50 reward. However, there is no advice how to claim and obtain this reward other than a message saying wait 120 days before asking a query on the token. I would actually like to see something in my account acknowledging the £50 reward
@Glenn60 Has it been 120 days yet? How did you sign up? Direct with Sky or via a price comparison site offering the reward? You should get emails from whoever you signed up with that has instructions where and how to claim. If it says wait 120 days then you need to wait. It's usual for rewards not to be handed out quickly so customers don't get the reward and then cancel in the cooling off period.
That makes sense. I do have an email with a code from Sky (halfway through completing my purchase)but it was asking me to complete my purchase which I did....but then no mention of the reward
