I am currently receiving text and phone calls from unknown numbers stating they are arranging appointments to upgrade my broadband to full fibre. It was out of the blue so I have not replied or given any information on a call. Having spoken to sky direct they know nothing about upgrades in my area or ant appointments for upgrades. I have been told to do nothing. I want to have it set up on my account that sky only writes to me as a preference so I know any calls or text are not from sky, but I can't find it in my account as told by a sky adviser or app which is currently showing incorrect information anyway. Can anyone help ?

When I go to the contact preferences page everything is set to "off". When I toggle on Email and Post there is no "Save" button and so it just reverts back to everything being off as soon as I close the page. (And yes, I am logged in.)

Hi @Blacksheep I have just tried it, it saves immediately, there is no save button. I would try a different device or browser and give each toggle time to save before moving on to the next one.
I also realised that I was not getting notified of responses from here because in my settings, it was set to "Do not email"! I have turned that off, so hopefully that, at least will now work as expected.
