How to Remove subscriptions from my Sky TV account
we have recently changed to fibre free broadband and upgraded to Sky Q TV when the engineer called he said we could have Sky Sports and Sky Cinema for free for 2 months. I said no thank you. It is now in our bill. How do I remove them. I also tried to cancel Sky TV after 20 years as we were paying £99 per month for Sky tv, broadband and phone. I On the phone the lady at Sky offered us reductions which I have in an email. We agreed to them. Then I was being charged £99 and also £32 per month for January and February. I phoned and told them, it showed as a reduction on our Sky tv bill on the tv But now after fibre free was installed in my billing these reduced payments for 24 months do not show. Also my two paymets of £32 do not show. I have tried messaging Sky but they don't respond. I feel I want to Cancel all Sky tv as it is such a mess.

Re: How to Remove subscriptions from my Sky TV account
It is not clear from your post if you are in the minimum term of a contract or not, if you are not then to cancel Sky TV you need to give Sky 31 days notice by calling them.

Re: How to Remove subscriptions from my Sky TV account
The Sky website is appaling.
I just go around and around in circles trying to find a telephone number to reduce my subscriptions.
There is a page to use, but the link doesn't work.
Sky is abysmal and now Eurosport has gone, I'm gone too.
