@Tony777 There is no way to pay off a subscription service as it's 12 month minimum term contract and won't automatically cancel once the term expires it will convert into a monthly rolling contract at a higher price unless you physically contact sky to either cancel or renew

You can either sign up to another supply via the one touch switching service or you need to call Sky and give then 14 days notice to cancel.
