How on earth does one contact Sky?

I am trying to set up a direct debit to pay my Sky account.  Despite entering the correct details 6 times, Sky refuses to accept them.  I have wasted so much time talking to that ridiculous BOT, there appears to be no way to communicate with Sky at all.  No email, no phone number, nothing.

What does one do other than take the business to a company with live staff?

Is Sky the worst ever customer service?

Thank you.  I have tried all of them.  The BOT is nonsense.  Just keeps sending me to the "do it yourself" help pages.

I can find the correct page, and I insert the correct bank information, but the system won't accept it.

I think I will just find a new provider.  If customer service is so bad when you are trying to pay them, consider how  bad it will be if I have a problem!

And ther appears to be no X account  - clearly they know it would all be bad traffic.

And I got something called a "badge".  Dear God - do they think I'm a girl guide?  I want service.  Not a stupid badge.
