How do u get my refund

I cancelled my sky back in June 2025. I realised on the 5/12/25 the money is still coming out my account 6 months later. I am owed 6 months worth of payments. I was told on the 5/12/2025 I would get this paid into my account within 3-5 working days. It's now been over 7 working days and still no payment has been made.

Is the money via a cerdit still showing on your account or is the credit not present anymore ?

It's showing as a credit for January. It also says this will go towards a future payment

It does appear to have not been refunded so you will have to chase them up about this. If you don't want to call again you can also contact them via the social media links at the bottom of this page.
