I have seperated from my partner but their mobile number is still linked to my account. I would like to change it but can't even see where or how I do this. Everything I look at just directs me to a link to update my details but when I click it mobile number isn't shown and there is no option to make any changes. Where there is no option to change the mobile number on the account? How do i do this or speak to a real person instead a chat bot sending me round in circles!

it. 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it is the number to call them on,

Its not a sky mobile number. Its just the mobile number used for the account details

No, that's the link I keep getting from everything I try but it only shows the account name and Buy&Keep address. It doesn't even show the mobile number

I can't see it on the account. I recently updated my contract and all the text messages confirming the changes went to my ex on his mobile number as that was the phone number we must of set to the account when we joined years ago

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Thank you, there is still no correct option to use on this. The closest I can get to is change my account number or report a death! I'll use that number and hope speaking to a person can finally figure it out!

I am having the same issue - im trying to log into my Ipad - it wants to send a code to my phone numebnr attched to the account- but ive changed this and no longer have access to this. I want to change the number but cant seem to find out how?
Did you solve this eventaully?

Did you manage to update the phone number associated with your Sky account? The contact phone number linked to my Sky TV & broadband package is a dead mobile from 10+ years ago. Today I missed some texts from an engineer who has just visited. The details he had for me on his ipad was the old number but he didn't have the authority to change it to my current mobile. I also can't find a way to change my contact number either on the Sky web-site or via the app - all personal details seem to be read-only with no obvious "Change details" button. I guess I'll have to call Sky support but I think I've asked them to change my contact number before which didn't appear to have any effect.

Thanks but I've been there before. The "Account Information" option only shows my name and Account Number with no options to edit. The "Sky ID" option allows me to change my Sky ID name, password and email address and security question but no option for my contact phone number. I had the phone and SMS options disabled in Data&Personalisation so I switched these both on in the hope that it would expose a contact phone number but no luck.

That is odd because for me I see my contact number with the edit option underneath so are you signed in with your main primary Sky ID ?
