How do i get a bill that shows termination charges clearly?

Left Sky 2 weeks ago, but need a bill showing termination charges for my new supplier. I rang for help, but the charges have now  been added to my bill as an adjustment - which is useless. How do i get a clear bill?

Hi @PaulW1   The only bill copy that can be downloaded is available from https://www.sky.com/bill in a web browser. All other providers are aware of this, and this will be proof of early termination charges.

That is all that Sky will provide as you will not be able to get anything else as I should imageine most other companies would already know about this.

Thanks so much for responding - do you think  "Debit adjustments on 26 September" is going to be good enough?

Hi @PaulW1   Only your new provider can answer that.

It should be. I guess along with the final bill you could also provide your new supplier with the email/letter from Sky which states the last day or your service and details what ETCs they would be applying. As the date and the amount from your bill should match what Sky have put on your bill i would expect your new supplier to accept that and reimburse.

Its all a stupid game each ISP plays when it comes to reimbursing early termination fees, all the big players in the market know exactly how their competitors show early termination charges on their bills, but they like to play games to make the process slightly more complicated for customers to claim the reimbursement.
