How do I speak to customer support? ( a human).

I desperately need to speak to somebody regarding Sky Mobile billing as my bill has been paid, but my service suspended. I cannot find the number anywhere and keep being directed to answers that don't help on the MySky app.. the AI bot isn't helping at all. Can anyone help? Thank you!

When was the payment made as you need to wait for it to clear.

Hi there - thanks for this. yes I do have a direct debit set up . The problem? Is that my bank is showing the payment is pending and my bank tell me this means that sky hasn't collected the payment yeah it is left my account . I've never come across this problem before . 

 

I'm calling Sky from my non-Sky number . The phone with the sky mobile number is my son's (he's 17). I need a regular 03 or 08 number I guess? It's so difficult? Speak to somebody human  or find a contact number

It was paid by debit card on the MySky app . For some reason the direct debit that I have in place was cancelled so I had to make the payment manually. £83 has been taken from my account two days ago and is shown as 'pending'. My bank, says this means that Sky has not collected the payment. Yet in the meantime my 17-year-old son's mobile phone is unusable . It's so frustrating. I considered making another £83 payment but there is no guarantee the same won't happen again. Any help appreciated!

Sky is an 03 number.  We can't post numbers here.

 

Navigate the help until you find 'Need more help?' - expand this and a number should appear.
