I have been paying for Sky Sports for sometime. I have NEVER requested this. I have been a Sky customer for many years. Couls you pleas cancel this and hopefully a Refund. S. Faulkner.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
To remove a part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.
You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

I doubt you'll be eligible for any refund. At some point you've agreed to the add on, or had a 1/2 month free trial then failed to cancel it.
