I want to pay bill for broadband

keeps asking for sky glass account which I have not

Are you using the correct login details:

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

You also should have provided payment details to Sky when you placed your broadband order so that Sky can take it automatically from you each month so does this happen or are you new to Sky ?
