How do I get my reward voucher?

I moved to sky several months ago and was promised a reward voucher of £100 but I have received nothing. I have phoned multiple times and cannot get through to anybody who knows about it and the chat bots are no help

All you can do is to fill in this form here to register a complaint giving the date and time you called Sky about this so they can listen to what was said to you:

I got my £80 voucher but (regretably) chose the 'mastercard' giftcard option - the digital wallet site wanted verification before they allowed me my card, so I uploaded my Govt isue voting ID and a recent utility bill - as stated on their site - then they moved the goal-posts and demanded a passport, which I don't have - seems more like a way to deny supplying the card ?!
Wish I'd opted for a supermarket card instead; mastercard/digital wallet are a total nightmare; their 'customer support' chat is an auto-bot brick wall of ignoring queries so I tried ringing and after 15 mins of a very loud US bot going thru' the obvious, I finally got to the option for 'speak to a human being' - and it cut off-! 😐
