Find out more@neilfarthing I have escalated your message to the Sky messaging team, they will either contact you via private message or you may see a blue/red chat bubble appear towards the bottom of your screen(it won't be instant and may well be tomorrow), once you receive either of the invites to chat you have 48 hours to respond and then the refund should take 3-5 working days to hit your account.
