How do I change the name on some tickets won please?

You would need to check the terms and conditions but I am fairly sure that the name can not be changed after you have applied for them.

Non-transferable, non-refundable (if a discounted price) and no cash alternative. That's a given in the T&C's for all Sky promotions (and probably every other company going).
