How do I cancel sky stream puck ( rolling contract)

I have had sky stream puck on a free 3 month trial , but have decided not to keep it due to many many issues with subtitles freezing pictures and keeping been kicked out of apps ! 
it is a 31 day rolling contract, so how do I cancel it isn't showing an option on my account to do this . Any help would be appreciated.many thanks

If you use this link it will let you cancel, remove Sky Entertainment and Netflix will cancel the service

I have ordered a sky stream puck with a 1 month free trial. 31 day rolling contract. I want to cancel it so i don't get charged once the trial is over. How do i cancel it?

@Kingkali dont think you can until it is delivered and activated.

@Kingkali You've also just told us you wish to keep the puck and cancel the subscription. You'd have to return the puck after you'd trial this product. 

As per the legal bit : 

"Sky Stream Pucks are loaned to you at no cost and must be returned when they are no longer registered on your account."

Itll be rendered redundant once you cancel and they're deactivated from your account if you do not keep an active subscription.

So once I get the sky stream puck. I need to activate it then cancel it and then send the puck back to sky. But how do I send it back?

Hi.

This evening a family member ordered a sky puck and the 1 month free trail netflix and sky go promotion. 

Is there anyway I can cancel before I receive the Puck? I don't want to receive the puck nor do I want to use the free trail.

I'm worried I'll be billed. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
