How can you cancel different packages

I want to try get my bill down so I want to cancel a few things but it doesn't make it easy on the app. Can anyone help please. The price is ridiculous. If this doesn't help I will be cancelling

@Abbie61

It's pointless threatening to cancel on here. We are customers like yourself.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.

You can't cancel using the app you need to phone Sky customer service service and tell them what you want to cancel. As long as you are not in a minimum term you need to give 31 days notice.

Thats not strictly correct.

Packs can be removed via the My Sky app to get the monthly cost down, much like how they can be added. Although you may not be able to remove a pack from My Sky when that pack is part of your minimum term contract committment.
