@Sky+phone+numbers Have you logged into your Sky account all bills produced will have any breakdowns fo charges and what they are for. https://www.sky.com/bill

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can also access your bill via the MySky app as the bill can be expanded to show you more detail.
