Having run a test period which was generally satisfactory, I want to change my monthly rolling contract to a fixed term (18-24 months). How can I do this online ?

Thanks for your response. I tried out Sky Stream with Sky Entertainment and Netflix Premium on a monthly rolling contract. A minimum term fixed contract would have been possible but I wanted to be sure that Sky in this format would be suitable........it is, for the most part, and I would prefer now to have the same contract at a cheaper monthly cost but on a longer term fixed contract.
Hope that answers your question ?

If you are on a 31 day rolling contract for Sky Stream you may be able to switch it over to a 24 month contract via your My Sky account here: https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv you may need to click on Manage Content Packs if you don't see an option on tbat page.
If you see no option to switch over to a 24 month contract there I think you would need to call Sky to get that sorted.

Just for clarity, we're all just customers here, not Sky employees.
Is the monthly fee you're paying more than a new customer offer?

Thanks again.
I'm not sure what a new customer offer is but I received two months free on nearly all, including some of the upgrades which I had included. I would like to top up up with Sky cinema but there is a bizarre note at the bottom "If you are adding Sky Cinema with a minimum term, you will re-contract your Sky basic pack and Sky Sports if you have it with a minimum term." Theoretically this should mean that my overall bill would increase because of Sky cinema but the initial bill part should decrease in part as I am tying myself into a two year contract. They don't make life easy when it comes to clarifying how this will impact on me personally.
Thank goodness for the Sky community !

Thanks......a good point! Gives me the freedom to get out without being tied in if they suddenly increase prices dramatically...........

Sorry I didn't make that clear........the trial was conducted by me to see how well it worked. Sky had nothing to do with it and I was only committed to one month if I decided not to continue.

Thanks. Yes that would certainly seem the only course of action as the option doesn't appear on the Manage Content packs section...........
