How can I cancel SKy kids

I want to cancel Sky kids from my account

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount.

I got through to customer Service ( Only had to hang on for about 6 minutes) and they arranged to remove my Sky Kids package

Likely a typo but what's a mind box? Do you mean mini box?

You would need to call Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

If you are wanting to cancel the mini box Sky will send packaging for its return towards the end of your 31 day notice period. Remember to cancel the Multiscreen subscription too if it's no longer relevant.
