I have had the exact same thing happen to me. House move got delayed so called them within the 48 hours they stated in the message about if needing to cancel. Now my broadband is cut off and they will take 5 days minimum to reinstate it. I work two jobs to make ends meet and one of them is remote only. I was offered £24 credit on to my next bill. Totally unacceptable.
