Paid my bill on the right date

    I paid my bill on the date it was suppose to be paid the payment went through 2 weeks later it's tried taking £66 out and I've gone onto the app and it says I have £66 credit does anyone know what this means and why it tried taking it out my bank

As you have a direct debit or card payment set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. What has happened is a credit has appeared on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account.

 

You can also have this credit refunded if you want as we can alert Skys' messaging team to your post so let us know if you would like this done. If you do they will get in touch via here tomorrow morning.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Going forward @lucyyyyy1 you do not need to make any manual payments as Sky will take it automatically from you each month via the payment method you have setup on your account.
