Re: Holiday Suspension
If it's a credit-related item then Sky do offer a 'payment holiday':

Not sure it's quite what you're after...

Re: Holiday Suspension
ISPs and television content providers incur per-household costs whether or not their service is actually being consumed.

Re: Holiday Suspension
Many thanks our contract has ended so the alternative would be to cancel the subscription presumably?

Re: Holiday Suspension
@BillG2 your fixed term contract automotically switches to being a rolloing monthly contract for TV servicescand a rolling 14 day contract for Broadband so you need to give notice if you want them to stop while you are away. With Briadband placing a new order when you return wont immediatly get the service back as a new order needs to placed with Openreach who have a 14 day leadtime.
Sky will also require thst the equipment like Stream pucks or Q tv boxes and the broadband hubs are returned. Al-in-all cancellation msy not becworth the effort. Perhaps temporarily cancelling premium TV channels is worth it but keep the basic contract running.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
