Believe it or not.. I was on the live chat for over 5 hours.. my bill was around £100 and I wanted to cancel some things to make it cheaper.. they helped so much after talking to 4 different people my bill is now £147 a month... you just can't make it up.

So there is more to this than what you have posted here the main question why do you appeared to have agreed to a higher price ?

@edwarded I agree with @caesarome you're not telling the whole story here, so either you agreed to the much higher price or the price you see on your 1st bill after the changes are 2 months, one full, one partial.

Is this the ongoing amount on future bills?
