High bills

My bill should be just over £100 a month. For last 5 months its been between £200 and £300. Also i had no broadband for month and they havnt reinbursed me. Im now without channels and engineer cant come till 19th aug so that will be month with no sayalite signal. Now its saying ive been charged £53 for not returning new equiptment but thats because the engineer fitted it and threw away the old one. Its a big mess and i dont know where to start unravrling it. Please someone help a gal out xx

Your higher bill is probably because the discount you had on your account has finished as this is only on accounts for a set period of time.

 

Equipment should never be thrown away so if it is this they want returned then you will have to call Sky to explain what happened.

 

You will also need to report the broadband issue to them if you believe you should receive conpensation credit as this will apply from when you first reported the fault to Sky.

So what do your bills show the extra beyond what you're expecting to be for?
