Hi I paid for this months bill but they took £52 plus the £26 that I paid how do I get the money back thanks

Find out moreAs you appear to have a payment method setup on your account then you didn't need to pay it as you did as Sky will take it automatically so going forward you have two choices, the payment you made will appear as a credit and used to pay next month bill or when it does appear as a credit we can arrange via here for you to be refunded by having the messaging team at Sky contact you about this if you would like this ?

I would like the team to contact me I was waiting for the payment to come out but it didn't so I thought I would pay it my self but it's 3 payments in one as I only pay £26 a month but they took £52 plus the £26 I paid

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
