Hi.ivr

Hi community. 🙂 I've been charged twice for sky stream. Is there an option online to sort it out or do i need to call them? I tried the bot but to no avail.

Hi ya. Thank you for replying. Two standing orders were taken one day after the other. There was an address mix up so its probably to do with that. Any idea if I can sort it online all?

You will need to call Sky to fix it if there is not a credit on your next bill for the overpayment.


150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
