Hi guys and girls. I was cut off at the beginning of the year and reinstated my account by paying over the owed amount. My issue now is not even two months later I've been cut off yet again and the original payment I made isn't showing on my account at all??

Even if you can't see on your account the payment you made earlier this year, is it reflected in the amount now outstanding, or is it as though you didn't make the payment at all?
