Hi I still have my old account number on the sky app so I can't do anything with it. I have tried to

I still have my old account number on the sky app so I can't get any information. I can't delete it from the sky app, I've tried everything but nothing works.

@Keebo  Have you rejoined sky after being away for more than 12 months? If yes the following applies 

 

If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first

You can do this yourself via this link

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

You will need to either logout of the app or delete then install it again as you old account will have been closed if you left 12 months ago or more so you would need to start again as a new customer if this is the case by setting up a new ID.
