Hi my sky Q box is saying it's not returned but my Royal Mail tracking says it was delivered on the 23/6/23 ?

This happens all the time due to the ineptitude of Unipart and their scanning of Sky's hardware returned to them. It's been going on for many years and really should be better.
You'll need to ring Sky or wait for this post to be escalated or seen by a Sky staff member who can assist.

We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed so you need to allow another week at least.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
