Helping me get through

Hi, 

I was in debt with a collection company due to my phone bill, i paid my phone bill through the sky mobile app instead of the debt company and then contacted the debt company, they opened a querie and eventually didn't fix it. I then had to pay my phone bill again so i have paid double and need a refund on that. 

I have tried to get in contact with sky for days, but get automated answers that say i can deal with it online and then when trying to it doesn't work. 

 

does anyone know what to do because i've now paid over a hundred pound on my phone bill when it was meant to be 65 as i paid it on the app and to debt collectors

@Xx8  You should have paid the DCA only not both.  Until the DCA update Sky with this payment there won't be anything Sky can do, once your account shows a credit you can request a refund.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Do you know how i'll know when my account is in credit? i honestly have no idea how to work any of this and no idea how i'll request a refund. 

 

thank you for help, it was a mistake on my end, i didn't open my letter from DCA until id already paid the arrears on the app and couldn't turn back at that point.
