@Tia82828 Have you come to the end of your minimum term contract with Sky or have you used a service that accounts for the cost. You should be able to see this in the bill break down.

No i have not ended my contract and in the break down it has just repeated it self.Sky are not answering the phone

Your bill shows the dates you're being charged for.
Feel free to post an image. Be sure not to include your Sky account number, though, or any other personal details.

Hit the reply button, and above the text box where you type your reply, there's a row of icons, one of which is a camera. Click on that and you'll be able to upload a picture.

@Tia82828 When replying if you hit the camera icon you can upload you photo, please make sure no account number is showing.

So yes, you're being charged for two months from 28 August to 27 October, which is why your bill is double.
As to why that's the case we can't know. Have you recently joined or re-negotiated your contract? Or was your previous bill not paid for some reason - check your bank or card account.
