Help with making a Complaint

I am trying to make a complaint with Sky via email. I went to the how to complain page and it gives an email to complain about tv programmes. I can't find an email for any other complaint. It just says this:

"If your complaint is about a programme you've seen broadcast on Sky, please select the 'Programming complaints' section below for contact details. Otherwise, select the Yes button at the bottom of the page to see other contact options."

I can't find the Yes button at the bottom of the page, could anyone help please?

Looks like that might be a bit out of date. Use one of the contact methods in the boxes towards the top of the article.
