Help to refund the money payment

Hello, I need help with a refund, I don't understand English well, I paid twice a monthly subscription for the Internet, after the first payment I didn't connect to the Internet, I didn't know that you need to automatically subscribe to use the Internet, so I paid twice the monthly amount, in general, I want to return the money back for the second payment, since I will be using Sky services for another month, I'm leaving for another city, what do I need to do and how can I get my money back? Please help, thank you

If you see a credit here:

Then you will need to call Sky on 150 from a landline or Sky Mobile phone and ask them to refund it to you.

 

Going forward you should not have to make any payments like you did as Sky will take it automatically from you via whatever payment method you provided when placing the order.
