Help please

I was meant to pay my bill by bank invoice but I reinstated my direct debit will I lose my services

If a direct debit is in place then Sky should take the payment via this and if this fails they will try again 10 days later so whatever you do if it does fail do not manually pay it as doing so will not stop Sky from trying again in 10 days time.

 

Btw, you can only pay a Sky bill via a credit/debit card or a direct debit.
