Have been charged for a pay per view event that was ordered accidentally then immediately cancelled.

Accidentally ordered a pay per view event then immediately cancelled it. Sky has charged for it, I deducted that charge from the bill and they've suspended the service,

@FatMatty  Not paying the full bill has resulted in you being restricted, doing it the way you have is completely wrong.

You need to pay whaty you owe, reinstate your direct debiot then call Sky to challange the PPV charge./

As you've discovered that wasn't the way to deal with it.  You cannot unilaterally pay what you feel.

To resolve this you'll have to pay the complete bill and then contact Sky to discuss a credit.

@FatMatty
So if you didn't pay in full Sky will certainly restrict your services. Before Sky reinstate them you will have to pay what is owed and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will need to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky will direct you to make a payment.

If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, when you want, but until the bill is paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant and it takes longer at a weekend when banks are closed.

Then you will be able to call Sky and discuss the accidental ordering charge.
