Have been billed twice for Netflix

Hi.


So I have Sky Ultimate TV with Netflix via the Stream puck but I've just noticed that I have been charged by Netflix also.

 

I'm trying to figure out how to fix this issue (you'd think Sky would have a chat box with support or something) as I don't want to be paying twice for this.

If Netflix has charged you separately then it would be them that you need to contact but before you did, are you sure you activated it correctly via your Sky account as doing so should have told Netflix that Sky are taking over the billing from them:
