Hi,
I already had a sky mobile account and tried to add broadband to it through the My Sky app and on a web browser but it kept erroring. I called sky to add it and mentioned that I had mobile already and wanted to add broadband to my account but was told this couldnt be added and it would be totally seperate. I now have both but with different account numbers and when I log in to the app I only see my sky mobile account and can't get access to my broadband.
Can anyone help?
