Have Sky mobile & broadband on 2 different accounts

Hi,

 

I already had a sky mobile account and tried to add broadband to it through the My Sky app and on a web browser but it kept erroring. I called sky to add it and mentioned that I had mobile already and wanted to add broadband to my account but was told this couldnt be added and it would be totally seperate. I now have both but with different account numbers and when I log in to the app I only see my sky mobile account and can't get access to my broadband.

 

Can anyone help?

I'm not sure if this will work but it is worth trying to see if you can link your mobile account to your main Sky ID:
