Have I been scammed?

Hello, 

Partner stupidely gave back details to a marketing call earlier from 08** 597 9843 claiming to be Domestic & General. 
Is this a scam or is it really insurance provider with Sky?

D&G do provide insurance services under the Sky brand.

The call could have been a marketing one from Sky Protect which is run by Domestic & General as can see here:
