Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that in 18/24 months time you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

@davelockley57  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board as your question is unrelated to the Sky Go PC/Mobile app.

As for discounts, each person is going to be different on what they accept, it is up to you to decide what is acceptable and to take the deal there & then.  Sky won't necessarily offer you the same as another customer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The last couple of times I've allowed a contract to run to the end I've received an email the week before saying that my discounts have been extended on a rolling contract with no minimum term. It's usually been a pound or two more, but I just let it run until I wanted to change for whatever reason.
