HD cancellation should i get a mail

Good Afternoon

 

To save costs I have cancelled Sky HD today via text message.

 

So far I have had no email to say it is cancelled and still showing active under products in the Mysky app.

 

Does it take time to show this cancellation on my account or has it not been actioned correctly.  Thanks for any help in advance.

I would have thought that you should receive some sort of notification so you might want to check with Sky that your cancellation request has been received and acted upon remembering that you have to give 31 days notice to cancel the package.
