Hello I've had no answers on email I want to know why a hard search has been done on my name / address etc for credit application when I have nothing of skys products. Have I been scammed! Do I have accounts in my name that I don't know about!!

I'm afraid you're asking other customers here, and we can't possibly know. I think the only credit searches Sky carries out are for Sky Mobile and Sky Glass.

Morning @Rakel88
This is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing a Sky Customer Service agent here. I suppose it could be something as simple as someone has entered a slightly wrong postcode when applying for a Sky product.

Re: HARD SEARCH

Ahh ok yeah it directed me here to ask. How stupid. I figured someone had applied for sky glass but it definately wasn't me but it's affected my credit score. Annoying.
