Good morning.My Broadband bill is £25 per month.You have taken £43 out from my account.

Morning.You have taken £43 out of my Bank account for my monthly Broadband subscription.My monthly bill is £25.What is the reason for this.There must be some kind of mistake here.I would like to be refunded please.My account number is [content removed].Thankyou.Greg Brown.

@6eQuj577 Have a look at your bill. You'll see there why the payment is higher than expected. Look particularly at the dates you've been filled for - it's likely that your bill covers more than a month, which is why it's higher.
