Glass suspended

Been unable to pay glass account for 4 months, they have now sent a bill for 1200, looking for full payment to reinstate services. Is there any other way to pay smaller amount and get services back on

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment which appears to have been applied in your case.

Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

@brianmcm  In addition to @Daniel0210  reply it's likely your account has been terminated as you're outstanding balance has been owed for more than 56 days, Sky will require full payment before they restart your service.

You can pay any amount towards the outstanding balance but until it's cleared Sky won't provide you a service if they decide to do so.

@brianmcm

And at the end of the day, as you haven't made payments for 4 months, Sky are likely to consider you a bad risk for a continued subscription.
