Ghost bill!

I'm trying to upgrade to Sky Glass. Websites states I have an outstanding bill, so unable to upgrade. All bills up to date. Is this a common issue?

This is something we see people post on here from time to time so the only way to get around it would be by calling Sky to both report this to them and to ask them to place the order for you.
