Getting through to a human at Sky
Does anyone know how to get through to a human at Sky please?
The webchat is a bot and the 0333 number is closed, I've been trying for over a week now. It's gotten to the point where I just want to cancel my contract through this issue and I can't even do that!

When asked any questions by the bot say nothing and remain on the line as that should usually get through to the next available advisor.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

The 0333 number isn't closed but may be busy.

Are you calling the right number? You can find the number via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home
Note that if you're in Ireland, you need to change the flag in the bottom right hand corner of the help screen before you cliok on 'need more help'. It will give you an 0818 number/
