I need to access my elderly mothers sky account, she has dementia and cannot remember any details, I have her email address which unfortunately we can't access as it tells me the password is wrong, the phone number they are giving me which it says it was originally set up on does not exist, my mums bills seem extremely high so I would like to find out exactly what package she is paying for, any ideas how to do this?
