Ok so I have an outstanding bill from my sons old mobile, he never told me it was not paid. I recently tried to set up a direct debit to pay but it kept coming out on the wrong day .
if I was to pay the outstanding bill could I upgrade straight away to sky glass, only my tv has packed up and can't afford a new one.
I am a diamond customer been we both you for years back when it started as nynex

Unless it falls at the weekend your bill will come out on the date shown on the account so should be the same each month.
Do you have an outstanding amount on it now and is so what does it say with regards to it ?
