How do I get in touch with sky to downgrade? Where can I find the number or email?

I've upgraded and everything is awful since, constantly not working, no signal, always boosting and I'm not even getting the top speeds that I'm paying extra for!

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:
