Hi,
so I recently spoke with a colleague as I was coming out of contract. They told me that my bill would be slightly higher for July and then from August would be £77.50. They told me to wait 5-7 working days for everything to correct itself. I have went on to check my bills and it's showing from August it's going to be £83.50????

Are you saying you agreed a new discount with Sky, if so then you might want to call them again to see if it has been applied correctly.
